🔁 Return Policy

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned without authorization

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item).

📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@ayomidara.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
